Our programs
Advocacy, training, and direct programs across the San Joaquin Valley. Select any program to learn more, then tell us how you would like to take part.
We partner with employers, agencies, and institutions to assess where inequity shows up in their systems and to build the policies, practices, and training that move them forward. Engagements are tailored to the organization, grounded in the realities of the San Joaquin Valley, and focused on durable change rather than one-off workshops.
